Saw uncle fluffy on tiktok and had to come. The cheesecake is very fluffy. It was a pretty good size. Service was fast and prices were responsible. I will be back.

Yesterday I came to this establishment for the first time ever. Although the sizes are a little small, customer service is very nice. The gentleman at the counter with curly hair was very kind to me and offered guidance for my order. Will definitely be recommending to my friends!

Had to try the infamous shakey cake! It's a cheesecake cake! It's delicious!! The cake is pricey, but oh so good! I had to order and pay ahead by phone otherwise they can't guarantee there will be any because they do run out. The lady on the phone was pleasant. When we arrived to pick it up it was ready for us. We had to try something else on the menu. They have beverages. We tried the horchata mocha. It was very sweet which is fine if you love super sweet drinks. They have other items on the menu we plan to try on the next trip. The place is small, but most go there to pick up. The fluffy cake was for my mother in laws birthday. She had never tried it before. She loved it! If you haven't tried it, I highly recommend you do!

Officially our family's newest favorite desserts! We live in Fontana and have made the drive to Riverside for these delicious goodies twice in the last couple weeks. We've had the strawberry shortcake smoothie & vanilla latte both times (both are equally delicious, depending on what kind of drink you're in the mood for!) We've also tried their cheesecake which is what they're known for - their cheesecake is so light, fluffy and has the perfect amount of sweetness to it! It was so good, that we ended up buying an XL for my stepmom's birthday instead of a cake! (Which everyone LOVED!!) Their tarts are also really good, we've tried the chocolate, mango, matcha & strawberry! Our favorite was the mango :) Service is great, we've never waited more than 10 minutes even when the place was packed this past weekend. We'll definitely be back for more soon!

Service was good. Everyone was helpful . It was busy but they didn't take long to complete the order. The strawberry smoothie was really good. 5/5 . I loved that it was not too sweet. The tart was good. It was tart with good flavor. Place was clean. The cheesecake was ok 4/5 that's why I'm giving it a 4. I liked that it wasn't too sweet but the flavor is just ok. Taste like vanilla, sugar and egg. Not really cheesecake. It's very soft and moist but doesn't jiggle and it wasn't fresh it was cold.

This place gets packed fast! There is definitely a good amount of seating, and what I noticed is most people order to go. The cheesecake itself is so good! It's super airy. Not your traditional cheesecake, the flavor isn't as strong as you might expect. I also ordered the strawberry shortcake drink... omg, it was ridiculously good lol

I'm not much of a desert guy but when I was told about Uncle Fluffy and their delicious Japanese Cheesecake I was sort of intrigued. I like cheesecake and I enjoy Japanese food and culture. I wasn't willingly seeking out Uncle Fluffy until I stumbled on it when I was shopping elsewhere? So why not? Located in a very busy mini mall with Ross, Sally Beauty and many other businesses the parking situation is not the best. The interior is kinda eh. Sparsely decorated with some tables and chairs. Not a place I'd hang out to eat Japanese cheesecake that's for sure. Uncle Fluffy is VERY busy and people ask lots of questions at the register so mentally prepare yourself for a wait. They were also out of some items like tarts. I knew what I wanted so I just ordered a couple small Japanese cheesecakes for the kiddos. At $10.99 each they are not cheap. They're personal sized lol. I should have bit the bullet and got the large (a much better deal at $24.99) but I had other stuff to do and didn't see any ready. The cheesecake itself is phenomenal. Light, FLUFFY and not too rich. I can understand the hype. Would I return to Uncle Fluffy? YES. Would I wait if there was a line out the door? NO. The cheesecake is absolutely worth trying and maybe I'll get something else if it's available. Recommended!
